Open an M&A room with documents, Q&A activity and example redaction proposals, then try Copilot on them. No email address is needed.
You will be signed in as a read-only Demo Visitor: no uploads or edits. No email address is collected.
Starting the demo creates a temporary visitor account. Your IP address and browser type are recorded with each action in the demo's audit trail. Visitor accounts are disabled after 24 hours.
What you can try
- Copilot
- Ask questions of the documents, with links to the sources, or draft a buy-side memo, an IC deck, a QoE skeleton or a compliance matrix.
- Charts
- Copilot extracts revenue, customer concentration and cap table figures from the financial documents and charts them. Check the figures against the source before relying on them.
- Controls
- Watermarked PDF views and downloads, document-level permissions, redaction and a hash-chained audit trail.
Where the demo runs
- Hosted in Canada. Documents, the database and the application run in Montréal.
- Database. Supabase (AWS, Montréal) — third-party managed.
- Copilot runs in Canada. Google Cloud Vertex AI, Montreal, Canada. Documents are not sent to US-hosted AI services.
